With the recession hitting financial institutions hard, many members of the Texas Association of Bank Counsel (TABC) are concerned about the effects this economic downturn will have on their careers. At the organization’s annual convention in Fort Worth, MS Legal Search Founder Elaine Makris Williams was on hand to give her perspective on the state of the legal market going forward and share her favorite job search tips. Together with Debra Bruce, of Lawyer-Coach LLC, Elaine spoke about “Recruiting in These Trying Times.” Elaine and Debra enjoyed their time with TABC members, who had great questions about the current job market, as well as about dealing with transitions, marketing, and stregthening professional networks.
