MS Legal Search’s client, is seeking a progressive health care lawyer for their Deputy Chief Compliance Officer & AVP position. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert in diverse healthcare compliance domains, ranging from Billing and FDA regulations to Human Subject Research, Undue Foreign Influence, Animal Care/Use, and Research protocols. 

This is a remote role for the AVP/Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and the candidate must reside in Texas. This remarkable position features a competitive base salary of $317,000 to $373,000, coupled with the potential to earn up to 30% in incentive compensation ($100K+). Requirements:

Eight to Ten years of legal or compliance experience in health care related environment or other large academic medical center with experience in all aspects of compliance above, and including data governance, FDA compliance, animal care and use, federal award compliance, conflicts of interest, research security/undue foreign influence compliance.
