MS Legal Search’s client, a Texas-based Non-Profit, is adding NEW Regulatory Counsel In-house Lawyer to their Houston office. This new in-house attorney position is a chance to help craft the role and will touch on a lot of different legal areas for the entity. Federal contracting regulations, procurement standards, grant compliance, real estate contracts, and other commercial agreements. At least 5 years of prior regulatory and compliance experience is required as is a great attitude and being a team player!
