MS Legal Search is seeking a Real Estate Associate with outstanding academic credentials and 2-4 years of experience in complex real estate transactions. Prior experience should include acquisitions, dispositions, financings, real estate secured lending, fund formation, securitizations and real estate development. The practice covers all property types (office, retail, hospitality, healthcare, multifamily and industrial).
Top academic credentials are preferred (top 25% from a top 25 law school) and Law Review is a plus. Compensation is competitive. This is for the Houston office of a prestigious US based law firm.
