The position is with a growing, publicly-held, entrepreneurial company in the energy sector, so prior energy industry experience is preferred. Work will entail mergers and acquisitions transactions, commercial contracts, and other general corporate matters. Compensation depends on experience and includes a strong merit-based incentive plan. This is an opportunity with a small legal team to interact with the business team of the company and C-suite executives. The office is located in west Houston. (Company is listed on the NYSE).
