MS Legal Search is seeking a in-house corporate attorney with 5+ years of Mergers and Acquisitions deal experience to join a growing Private Equity backed company as AGC in their corporate legal department. This female led company is looking for a talented transactional attorney who is looking to grow into the General Counsel position. The ideal Associate General Counsel attorney (corporate counsel, assistant general counsel) possess 5+ years of mergers, acquisitions, financing and general transactional experience. As a member of a small legal team, this Associate General Counsel will work closely with the C-Suite as well as the various operating partners. The ideal attorney has at least 2 years of experience within a top law firm and experience with mergers, acquisitions, real estate, finance and general corporate matters.
This position is located in Seattle/ Kent, Washington (98101). Relocation is available. Compensation includes cash + year end bonus + full benefits.
