MS Legal Search's client, a leading US law firm, is seeking a Healthcare lawyer with 3-5 years of experience with the regulatory aspects of health law. Prior legal work with HIPAA, the HITECH Act, and Stark Law matters, as well as compliance with other state and federal health laws is appreciated. Typical clients include hospitals, physicians and physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, pharmacies, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, third party administrators, alliances, assisted living facilities, nursing facilities, and various other healthcare entities.
Due to the high level of client interaction, the ideal attorney candidate has a strong outgoing personality and can work closely with C-level clients. Law firm or in-house experience is desired for this role. Compensation is strong!
